Immersion Program 2021-2022
Early Bird Discount Extended
Through Sept. 13th

These are challenging times with events that have a daily impact on our well-being and security. Join us for our 7th annual 6 month NVC online immersion program. Learn life-changing skills that can dramatically improve the quality of your personal and professional relationships by increasing harmony, trust, and creative problem-solving. Become part of an inclusive, warm and respectful community to help you deepen connection within yourself, in your relationships, in your community and out into the world.

In this program, we will provide an online space where we can learn and grow in community, and offer a different way to live our lives -- where we can be both honest and caring, fierce and tender, and where we can live authentically and act in integrity with our values.
More than just a workshop, or even a series of workshops, this immersion program includes a rich combination of formats to help you create both inner and outer skills including:
-
6 interactive Saturday afternoon online gatherings, full of teaching, sharing and practice in real time.
-
6 two hour monthly webinars to move more deeply into topics offered during the day-long gatherings with special guest presenters.
-
12 opportunities (twice a month) for Empathy Circles to be held with care by our community, while practicing giving and receiving empathy (this is an optional practice)

Focus of the program: In each day-long gathering of the program we will focus on foundational aspects of NVC, including empathy, honest self expression, addressing conflict, clear requests, and building connection through effective speaking and listening. We will use a variety of topics, demos and practice to support learning and integrating new ways of approaching how you communicate, while addressing real life situations that we all struggle with at various times in our lives. We will have small group practice, lots of shared conversations, as well as time for questions and answers.
