In this video-based class -- which requires only a

Communication (NVC) in an interactive and fun way.
In particular, we will cover the following elements:
Deep Listening: Understanding others with empathy.
Authentic Self-Expression: Speaking honestly in a
way that leads to creative problem-solving.
Creating Inner Peace: Translating judgments and
blame of yourself and moving into self-acceptance.
Gratitude: Giving and receiving appreciation.
